2. Can I register more than one dependent?
Yes, all of Saudi Aramco employees’ dependents can be registered using their personal emails.

3. How do I change my password?
a. Go to My Profile page
b. Click on Change Password
c. Enter Current password
d. Enter New Password and Repeat new password
e. Click on Save

4. I forget my password. What shall I do?
If you forgot your password, please contact our Customer Care Center. (Contact us Link)

5. How can I add a profile Picture?
You can change the profile picture by doing the below steps:
1- Go to My Profile.
2- Click on the top right Avatar.
3- Browse you device for the picture of your choice.
4- Click on Save.

6. How can I change my Nickname?
The Nick name is a combination of the first and last name. To change either one of them follow the below steps:
1- Go to My Profile page.
2- Change the First or Last Name fields or both.
3- Click on Save.

7. How can I edit or delete my review and my rating?
Reviews and ratings cannot be changed or deleted by user. Call Customer Care Center to create a ticket to delete your comments.

8. How can I cancel my registration for the Qudarat/ Tahsili course?
To cancel your registration, please contact our Customer Care Center.

9. Who should I contact, if I am having a technical issue in GLOW website,?
If you are facing a technical issue, please contact our Customer Care Center.

10. Who are eligible to register in Qudarat & Tahsili courses?
For Qudarat Course: All of Saudi Aramco employees’ dependents in Grade 10, 11 &12 within the Saudi high school science curriculum.
For Tahsili Course: All of Saudi Aramco employees’ dependents in Grade 11 & 12 within the Saudi high school science curriculum.

11. I am eligible to apply for the Qudarat / Tahsili course but I am not able to register. What shall I do?
Check your grade in My Profile page and update it, if you are still facing the same problem please contact our Customer Care Center.
